Export Documentation, Customs Clearance & Secure Payment Process

We follow structured U.S. export procedures to ensure verified ownership, compliant customs clearance, and secure international B2B transactions.

Why Documentation Is Critical in Exports

When sourcing vehicles or industrial equipment from the United States, proper documentation protects:

  • Legal ownership
  • Customs compliance
  • Banking verification
  • Import registration
  • Resale eligibility

Incomplete or incorrect paperwork may cause:

  • Shipment delays
  • Customs rejection
  • Title disputes
  • Financial loss

We ensure every transaction follows structured U.S. export standards.

  • Vehicle Title (Certificate of Ownership)

The official state-issued proof of ownership. Before purchase, we verify: Title status (clean, salvage, rebuilt), Lien status, State compliance

  • Bill of Sale

Confirms transaction details between buyer and seller. Includes: Vehicle description, VIN, Purchase price, Seller & buyer details. Required for customs and financial documentation.

  • Ocean Bill of Lading

Issued by the shipping line after cargo is loaded. Used for: Cargo release, Customs clearance. Ownership confirmation at destination

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PROCESS

Documentation Verification

We review and verify all required documents before export, including: Vehicle title (ownership & lien status), Bill of Sale, Commercial invoice (for equipment), Compliance documentation. This ensures the asset is legally eligible for export.
2

AES Export Filing

An Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing is submitted through the U.S. Automated Export System (AES). This is mandatory for vehicles and regulated equipment leaving the United States.
3

Port Submission & Clearance Approval

Documents are submitted to the port authorities for review. If required, U.S. Customs may inspect the vehicle or equipment before departure. Once approved, clearance authorization is issued.
4

Shipment & Bill of Lading Issued

The cargo is loaded onto the vessel (Ro-Ro or container). The Ocean Bill of Lading is issued as official confirmation of shipment and ownership transfer documentation.
